"We think we listen, but very rarely do we listen with real understanding, true empathy. Yet listening, of this very special kind, is one of the most potent forces for change that I know." —Carl Rogers
Hello,

As the daughter of Natalie Rogers and granddaughter of Carl Rogers I am happy to welcome you to what I hope will be a significant resource for anyone wanting to know about these two remarkable people, their ideas and their works. While their contributions to the field of psychology were different from one another, there are significant core principles that both held.

Here you will find biographical information as well as links to their writing, DVD's and videos. I have included a page on programs that teach some of the principles and ideas they each developed. If you know of other programs that teach the Person-Centered approach feel free to contact me and I will determine if I can include them here.

It is so important to see their works, their ideas, their legacy remain alive and available to the public. If you wish to use any of their works or photos in your teaching or publications, also contact me, as I am the trustee for this intellectual property. (Please be aware that these works are copyrighted.)

I hope you find this site to be useful. Thank you for your interest.

PS. This site is a work in progress. There will be more information and resource links added over time as I am able.
